Various aspects of VisionKeys such as trailing stops & runner type orders require VisionKeys to be able to steadily monitor a position for changes. A potential issue is if your computer goes to sleep VisionKeys can no longer do it's job, so it's recommended during setup for users to keep this in mind and disable the storage and network from going to sleep on their computers.
This feature would serve to automate keeping the computer awake for the user based on what VisionKeys is currently doing. So if any action is taking place where sleep needs to be avoided VisionKeys can automatically attempt to keep the computer awake.
How Adaptive Sleep Prevention works currently
Currently there is no sleep prevention. It's on the user to make sure their computer isn't going to sleep during use of VIsionKeys (monitor/display going to sleep is fine)
How Adaptive Sleep Prevention will work after this change
Anytime VisionKeys enters a "monitoring" type state, it will start a process which has the single goal of keeping the computer awake.
