2. A stability or performance issue with your computer
3. A stability or performance issue with your LAN or WAN network
4. An issue with other software VisionKeys interacts with (Metatrader)

You accept the responsibility of verifying & monitoring that the actions you make in the software perform the desired result. Accepting this disclaimer we also assume that you not only read the manual before first use of the application, but that you also used it under a Demo account to gain an understanding on how each user action is handled by the application

If you're having a technical issue please stop use immediately and utilize our support team. We have a friendly team that is very good at making sure customers issues are treated as their own. As long as there are no limitations outside of our control, we are confident we can resolve all issues.
