If your Stream Deck is stuck on this message every time your start VisionKeys it means that Metatrader has stopped communicating. Performing the following steps to identify & resolve the issue:
First, make sure that you're logged into an account in Metatrader and that the VisionKeys Expert Advisor is on a chart
- If you find that VisionKeys is not currently attached to a chart, follow this guy on adding the expert advisor.
- If VisionKeys is already active on a chart, restart Metatrader. If VisionKeys does not automatically start working, follow it up with restarting the Vision
