If you discover a bug, or are having an unexplained issue you can submit support logs and a description of your issue to our support team for evaluation.
How to Submit Support Logs
Step 1: From the VisionKeys App click "Settings" and then select the "General" from the left panel.
Step 2: Click the "Submit Support Logs" at the bottom. You should see the following information dialog.
Step 3: After clicking "OK" a web page will open up for submitting a support ticket. Complete the fields and attach the VisionKeys_SUPPORT.zip file that was created on your Desktop.
NOTE: Sometimes you may not see the zip file as an option when trying to attach a file to the ticket. Make sure the file type filter is showing all files, and if you have to open a File Explorer/Finder window to locate the zip manually for attaching.
Our team will review your issue as well as the logs to identify a cause. We will respond ASAP!
