Follow this guide if you're receiving the message "Failed to Install the VisionKeys EA" after clicking "Start" to run VisionKeys.

NOTE: If you receive this message for a version of Metatrader that you do not use or have installed, you can ignore it. Version 1.0 is missing a needed check during the EA install/verification process and this will be addressed in 1.1.

What Causes This Error?

There could be various reasons for this error but the root cause is that VisionKeys is failing to find your Metatrader Install.

1. This might be obvious, but is Metatrader 4 or 5 installed? If not, you must install it and then follow this guide for adjusting the settings prior to VisionKeys use.
2. If Metatrader is installed: Make sure it's closed, restart VisionKeys, and try again while keeping Metatrader closed.

If the error persists, there is likely a permission of file path issue. Follow this guide to submit support logs so our team can identify exactly where the root cause is.
